Electronic Arts (EA) is the global leader in digital interactive entertainment and a pioneer of early computer games, innovative services, and powerful technologies. Developing and delivering high-quality games, content, and online services for computers, mobile devices, and consoles, the company was commissioned to have Systems Innovation design, program, and provide equipment for the company headquarters in Orlando, Florida.
Challenge
Systems Innovation was tasked with design and integration of all AV equipment for EA, including small and large conference rooms, the observatory theatre, calibration room, building audio distribution system, digital signage, scheduling panels, a full LED wall, Mosaic Video display spaces, a Motion Capture video technology studio, and more. The equipment needed to be the latest technology, and everything had to be 4K capable. The challenge for SI was to implement systems that could be simply operated and controlled by the AV program manager, whether on site or remote.
Solution
Through weekly owner and architect meetings for trade coordination, solutions were met with sound communication from Systems Innovation’s trained professionals. The incorporation of the technology created simply operated systems that could be controlled by the AV program manager on-site and remotely. The technology and equipment installed was the latest technology and 4K capable as requested by the client.
Result
The incorporation of this technology resulted in creating multiple conference meeting spaces with 4K video, surround sound audio, Zoom, interactivity, and wireless presentation. The space also featured large format LED displays on the parking garage and lobby walls, along with audio re-enforcement capability, a Motion Capture video technology studio, and an audio distribution capability and digital signage capability spanning the whole building. Systems Innovation continues to work with EA and is proud of their partnership and ongoing projects.
